Our Programs
Injury Prevention Programs:

Injury prevention programs are valuable to patients who have completed a rehabilitation program and are interested in preventing future injuries.  These problems are also helpful to people who have a specific goal, such as taking a week-long bicycling tour, and to people who want to improve their athletic performance while decreasing their risk of injury.  We design individual programs to allow our patients and clients to improve their health by increasing their activity level in a safe and sensible way.  These programs include fitness consultation, exercise program design and functional performance and functional performance program design.

Athletic Performance Enhancement:

Athletes are vulnerable to lower extremity injury because of poor landing technique and muscular imbalance.

New Heights neuromuscular training corrects mechanical deficits, resulting in decreased landing forces and increased power, strength, flexibility and jump height.  The program improves athletic performance and decreases vulnerability to injury.  New Heights is a comprehensive and personalized program including biomechanical assessment, plyometrics, balance training, flexibility and strengthening to help optimize athletic potential.

The New Heights program was developed and is conducted by licensed physical therapists at Peak Physical Therapy and Wellness Center.
