L. Ross, MPT, OCS, CSCS is a licensed Physical Therapist who has been in practice since 1993.
Mr. Ross earned his Master of Physical Therapy degree at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona.
He went on to study Orthopaedic and Manual Physical Therapy through a residency program in Biloxi
, Mississippi. Subsequently, Mr. Ross earned Board Certification as an Orthopaedic Clinical
Specialist (OCS) in 2000. He also has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
since 1999. Andy has a special interest in injury prevention and teaching safe
exercise technique to patients as well as exercise enthusiasts. His knee injury prevention program, "New
Heights", was featured in the New York Times. During his free time, Andy enjoys skiing, bicycling,
hiking, and soccer, both as a coach and a player.

| Susan S. Ross, MPT is a licensed Physical Therapist who received her Masters of
Physical Therapy degree from Northern Arizona University in 1996. She also holds a Bachelors of Science
degree in Exercise Science from NAU. Susan has worked in outpatient Orthopaedic and Pediatric Physical
Therapy clinics in Arizona and Mississippi prior to her moving to Colorado . Before beginning her
university education, Susan was a classically–trained ballet dancer receiving part of her training at
the San Francisco Ballet School and the Joffrey Ballet School in New York City. She danced professionally
with San Jose-Cleveland Ballet, Nevada Dance Theatre, and Phoenix Ballet. Susan enjoys skiing, hiking,
soccer, and other outdoor activities.
